Enquiries about equipment

For an enquiry about storage or dispensing equipment, the useful information is:

• The product to be stored, and whether more than one grade is involved.
• Capacity required, and the rate at which it will turn over.
• Static or mobile, a fixed installation, or a bowser that has to travel.
• Where it will stand, the surface, and what containment already exists.
• Dispensing, whether metering, pumping or nozzle equipment is needed with it.
• When it is needed.

Enquiries about supply

Say what the product is, roughly what volume is involved, and where it is going. Where an enquiry is really a wholesale distribution requirement rather than a retail one, we will say so rather than take work in a classification it is not registered for.
